the location was acceptable it was close to many attractions
the room was prepared only for two people yet they allowed us to book for three when i asked for an extra bed they said there would be an extra charge they did not provide an extra towel either

The room was very clean and homey with a comfortable bed. The pillows were great! I loved that the bathroom was super clean. The hotel minimized plastic use, a detail I really appreciated! An iron with an ironing board was provided right away upon request.
The insulation was not great. I could hear street noise.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They tried their best to help with requests. A staff member named Akshay at the reception was professional, kind, and ready to assist, offering good client service, which I found excellent.
